Program Description
This CME activity consists of an educational component (slides, audio lecture) in an electronic format, followed by an online post-test. Estimated time to complete this activity, including review of materials, is two hours.

Requirements for Successful Completion

  • This CME activity consists of an education component (slides, audio/online lecture) which is followed by an online post-test.
  • There is no fee to participate in this CME activity or to receive CME credit.
  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion (80% proficiency) of the post-test.
  • In order to receive credit, participants must view the presentation in its entirety.

Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the role of Continuity Clinic in the residency program including resident requirements and educational expectations.
  • Outline the resident evaluation and feedback process, specifically the milestones, the CCC, and the overall residency curriculum.
  • Review new inpatient practices that will affect outpatient pediatric management and teaching in the Continuity Clinic setting.
