A 64 year old, healthy, postmenopausal woman presents for her annual examination. She had been on HRT shortly after her menopause but the therapy was discontinued as part of her treatment of a stage I carcinoma of her left breast diagnosed 6 years ago. She has remained in remission and leads an active life. Other than her history of breast cancer she has no other medical problems. Her physical examination is completely normal.
