Jena joined the UF Continuing Medical Education Conference Planning Team in 2026 after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management.
Jena brings experience in event logistics, client relations, vendor coordination, and conference operations through her work in hospitality, municipal events, and large-scale university programming. Throughout her career, she has supported events ranging from gatherings of 50 attendees to large events serving more than 1,500 participants. Prior to joining UF CME, Jena gained hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and guest services through roles in the hospitality and municipal event sectors. Her background includes vendor communication, event scheduling, on-site operations, attendee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
