Enable Pop-Ups

CloudCME uses pop-ups to display certificates after completing evaluations or activities. If you are experiencing issues downloading certificates from CloudCME, you likely need to turn off your pop-up blocker or edit your web browser settings to allow pop-ups for the CloudCME website. Instructions for Chrome are below.

Instructions:

1. Open the Chrome menu: Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select Settings: Click on the “Settings” option.
3. Navigate to Privacy and security: In the left-side menu, choose “Privacy and security”.
4. Go to Site Settings: Click on “Site Settings”.
5. Access Pop-ups and redirects: Scroll down and select “Pop-ups and redirects”.
6. Add CloudCME to the allow list:
   • Find the “Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects” section.
   • Click “Add”.
   • Enter the CloudCME website address (https://uf.cloud-cme.com).
   • Click “Add
