As a result of participation in this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Recognize microaggressions and its various forms.
  2. Demonstrate health and mental health consequences of microaggressions.
  3. Utilize strategies to address microaggressions.
  4. Create an inclusive workplace environment.

 Requirements for successful completion: Certificates are awarded upon successful completion (80% proficiency) of the post-test.
