Applications must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the activity date. You will not be able to submit your application within 45 days of your event. Early application submissions are encouraged!
These deadlines are necessary in order to review, process, and approve the significant number of applications that we receive. It is the activity director’s responsibility to submit his/her paperwork prior to the deadline. Failure to submit proper paperwork before the deadline may result in your application being returned to you and/or not receiving approval for your event.
