UF Continuing Medical Education can provide planning services to assist College of Medicine Departments and Faculty with both Live and Virtual Events!

Gianna joined the CME Conference Planning Team as the Conference Coordinator in 2016 and is now the Lead Conference Planner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism & Event Management, with a minor in Mass Communications from the University of Florida.

Gianna is the lead planner for the department and has experience managing all aspects of the event process from  marketing to speaker logistics and vendor management. Her client-focused approach, and her experience working for other large professional organizations (including City of Gainesville and Amalie Arena) has made her an invaluable resource for her clients. She is passionate about events and strives to ensure that each event she works on exceeds the client’s expectations.
